• project feasibility - boleh dijanjikan @ x, kira kena wat study (kaji)
• project charter (product yg kuar) - role n responsibility of team member, project scope (triple constraint), output n deliverable (slh satu terhasil or both), project structure

Planning

• cth : deliverable - 10 buah rumah dihasilkan dan 2 kandang kambing
• start plan keje - Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt Chart, others
